About Us

Between Shane and Mandy, they have been operating most machines in the Mining, Farming, & Quarry game for way longer that they want to admit.

Shane started driving Dozers with his dad before 1980, bought his own dozers in 1985ish for stick racking, scrub pulling etc. In those Days a lot of that work was done in Open Cabs… Dust Dirt and bees were mainstream.

Mandy Started out in the Crushing, Mining game around 1987, Started walking behind the dozer picking up sticks, before ladies were even seen in the mining industry.

She worked her way up from Rollers, Dumpers, Loaders, Diggers & Dozers. Then dealing with Mobile Crushers.

Mandy encourages the younger generation to Get Skilled Up and has mentored a few, as the Quarry industry gives anybody and everybody the opportunity to better themselves.

This is one of the main reasons she has became a Trainer & Assessor, to give back and encourage.
